No, the CoC says that it is recommended (not required) that working hours do not exceed 48 hours per week and recommended (not required) extra overtime is a maximum of 12 hours per week (pp. 3-4 ). 3. Yes, it is stated that wages should always have enough to meet basic needs (p. 3). |
